Issue: Credit Card

  • Complaint Details:
    I have HDFC Bank creadit card which i stopped using 7-8 months back. I have been getting calls to pay minimum charges as some less amount was paid by me against which I made a payment of Rs. 1800/- or so. And, whenever I asked the collection department to clarify on why these charges are coming again and again, what is the process to resolve and settle it. The reply I always received was its because I have not paid the money that is it. I never misused the card or did any shopping through it. Since, I have a bank account in HDFC now they have debited Rs. 9100/- from my saving account.

  • Desired Adjustment:
    The bank, credit or collection department none of them hold any right to hold my hard earned money like this. I want my money back. Its not a fraud which I did and moreover it a simply a harassment.
