Issue: soccer boots

• Complaint Details:
  We have always been Nike supporters. Last season we bought Nike soccer boots they lasted four months and tore at the seams of the boot. This year we thought we would try Nike again giving the benefit of the doubt, but the new pair,bought in February this year have started tearing at the bottom of the boot. I think this is a very poor display of quality on Nike's behalf. My son has played soccer at Stella sports club since he was under 6, he is now under fifteen and very disappointed with Nike.Please treat this urgently and get back to us as we are very agitated.

  for someone to answer my questions why nike has suddenly lost their quality on soccer boots and to replace these new boots we bought at Solly M in Durban two months ago.
